I sincerely hope that you disregard the advise that encourages you to ignore and openly challenge your father. These people don’t care about you. They want to vicariously live your accomplishing your objective through rebellion without regard to the pain and division that it may incur on your family. Ignore them. I think you’d agree that your father is not preventing you from wearing this clothing because he wants to be mean. If your father brings food to you and cares about your life, he is probably a good man doing what he things is best.
